About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of Staff Travel Perks. The service is operated by a sole proprietor (sole trader); no company registration number applies. Our business correspondence address is 34 Cuckemere Crescent, Crawley, RH11 8DL, United Kingdom. Contact support@stafftravelperks.co.uk.

By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and approval

You must be a person with a current, verifiable travel-industry role or supplier-recognised professional credential, and your access is subject to Administrator approval.

We may request the minimum evidence reasonably needed to establish eligibility, such as a work email, agency details, IATA, CLIA, TIDS or a similar professional identifier, or other evidence of a current travel-industry role. Information you provide must be accurate and kept current.

Individual accounts and security

Each account belongs to one named individual. You must not share your account credentials, password, MFA method, recovery codes or sessions, or allow another person direct platform access through your account. You are responsible for protecting your account and promptly reporting suspected compromise.

An information-only service

Staff Travel Perks provides information about travel-industry benefits and rates. We do not make or assist with bookings, process payments, act as a hotel or supplier, or become a party to any booking or supplier contract. You deal directly with the relevant supplier.

Supplier terms, eligibility decisions, availability and acceptance always control. You must verify the current rate, restrictions, cancellation terms and eligibility directly with the supplier before booking. We will correct known material errors when they are identified, but information can change without notice.

Private rates and personal travel

Staff Travel Perks is strictly for the eligible Travel Professional's own personal travel. Client travel and client bookings are prohibited, and only the eligible Travel Professional may travel using a private rate.

You must use your own qualifying professional identifier where a supplier requires one. You must not use another person's or agency-specific credential unless you are independently authorised to do so by that supplier.

Permitted and prohibited sharing

You may share private-rate details with colleagues within the same travel agency. Those colleagues do not need their own Staff Travel Perks accounts to receive those details, but account credentials, MFA, sessions and direct platform access must never be shared.

You must not:

  • share private rates with clients or book private rates for clients;
  • share screenshots or copied private-rate content outside Staff Travel Perks;
  • publish private rates, access information, booking instructions, codes or other restricted content publicly or on social media; or
  • scrape, bulk-copy, sell, sublicense or commercially redistribute restricted content.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, bypass security controls, interfere with other users, introduce malicious code, automate access without permission, impersonate another person, or use supplier information in breach of the supplier's rules or applicable law.

Content and intellectual property

The Staff Travel Perks service, its presentation and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Hotel and supplier names, logos and materials belong to their respective owners. Access to the service does not transfer ownership or grant a right to reuse restricted content beyond these Terms and the applicable supplier's rules.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for ineligibility, a security risk, credential sharing, misuse, public redistribution, breach of supplier rules or a material breach of these Terms. We may act immediately where needed to protect security, with review or contact where practical.

You may request account closure by contacting support. Provisions that by their nature should continue after closure, including restrictions on redistribution and responsibility for earlier conduct, will continue.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service and information available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular rate, availability, supplier acceptance or booking outcome. Suppliers remain responsible for their own services and contracts.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those protections, Staff Travel Perks is not responsible for supplier acts or omissions, changes to supplier offers, or losses caused by relying on information without verifying it with the supplier.

Changes to the service or these Terms

We may update the service and these Terms. We will communicate changes by updating this page and its “Last updated” date. Your continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from that use.

Governing law and courts

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
